Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Analysis:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and brand objectives.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices within the tailoring and retail industry.
  • Prepare and present market research reports and recommendations to senior management.
Campaign Management and Execution:
  • Plan and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across online and offline channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, print advertising, in-store promotions).
  • Manage campaign budgets and resources effectively, ensuring ROI and cost optimization.
  • Develop and manage content calendars for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and KPIs, make adjustments as needed, and optimize for success.
Brand Management and Communications:
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and voice across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including graphic design, photography, and videography.
  • Manage PR and media relations, building positive brand awareness and securing press coverage.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies for internal and external audiences.
Digital Marketing and Social Media:
  • Manage and optimize brands website and online presence.
  • Execute targeted digital marketing campaigns across paid advertising platforms, email marketing, and organic social media.
  • Manage and grow brands social media channels, creating engaging content and building loyal online communities.
  • Track and analyze digital marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, design, production) to ensure alignment and consistency of marketing efforts.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track expenses.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and manage workflow efficiently.
