Our client is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Medical Director with a strong background in dentistry to oversee and manage a chain of dental clinics in KSA.Client DetailsLeading chain of medical centers across the Kingdom. The role will be based in their head office in Riyadh.DescriptionProvide clinical guidance and expertise to a team of at least 10 dentist doctors, ensuring the delivery of top-quality dental care.Implement and uphold the highest clinical standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and ethical guidelines.Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for the growth and expansion of the dental clinics.Identify opportunities for improvement, expansion, and service diversification.Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple dental clinics, optimizing workflow and resource allocation.Develop and implement standardized clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.Monitor and maintain quality control measures to enhance patient satisfaction, safety, and outcomes.Implement continuous improvement initiatives, taking feedback into account to enhance clinic performance.Recruit, train, and manage a team of dentists and dental staff, ensuring ongoing professional development and adherence to company policies.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages employee growth and satisfaction.Develop and manage budgets for each clinic, optimizing resource allocation and financial performance.Ensure clinics operate within budgetary constraints while maintaining high standards of care.Stay current with Saudi Arabian healthcare regulations, ensuring that all clinics comply with local, regional, and national laws.Handle all documentation and reporting necessary for clinic licensure and accreditation.Focus on patient engagement and satisfaction, implementing strategies to enhance the patient experience.ProfileDoctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.Proven experience managing a large team of medical professionals.
