-MS Dynamics CRM/D365 Technical LeadMain Responsibilities:CRM technical team lead is responsible for managing and implementing of D365 projects with quality, within scope and to ensure deliverables are on time and conform to processes and standards meeting business requirement.Project Deliveryú Designs, develops & lead multi-tier Dynamics CRM projects and software components usinglatest Microsoft and related technologies.ú Lead project meetings to gather business requirements and map the requirements to thesolution capabilitiesú Perform gap analysis from requirements gathered to proposed solutionú Drive and execute the design and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMú Develop specific training materials and lead end user training as and when neededú Assist development head to plan the project milestones and project tasksú Understand & analyze the requirements and assist in development of module technical designspecificationú Translate design into process/program specifications & develop TDDsú Develop timeline for the tasks in alignment with the schedule of the overall projectú Conduct code review, walkthrough & testing of programs to ensure the quality of deliverablesmeet the requirements and adhere to defined processesú Assist project managers to prepare implementation and data migration checklists,ú Identify & escalate risks to higher level to mitigate impact on - project deliveryú Build rapport with the users and their technical staff and manage their expectationú Deep working knowledge of all Dynamics entities and concepts and the ability to translate thoseconcepts to business and IT members.ú Thorough understanding of MS Dynamics Architecture and experience in xRM applications byusing custom code.ú Integrate Dynamics CRM applications with other systemsú Experience in requirements gathering, Analysis, designing and development using JavaScript,CSS and HTML solutions as well as utilizing development tools provided within the Dynamics 365 CRM customization environment.ú Knowledge in SharePoint will be plusú Knowledge in banking sector will be plusú Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Scienceú Knowledge/experience in financial / banking sector would be considered great assetú 7+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM 2016 /365 development/implementation and leadingrole.Team Managementú Coordinate & delegate the task to the team membersú Track the team?s progress and provide updates to project manager / development head.ú Work with team members to resolve problems promptly and provide solutions
