Operations Manager - Lost & Found (Airport, 5 Stars)As the Operations Manager for our 5-star airports Lost & Found department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to excellence and providing superior customer service. You will lead a team responsible for reuniting passengers with their lost items while maintaining efficient operations in a fast-paced, dynamic airport environment.

  1. Leadership: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of Lost & Found staff, fostering a culture of exceptional service and professionalism.
  2. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations of the Lost & Found department, ensuring the timely and accurate logging, storage, and retrieval of lost items.
  3. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  4. Customer Service: Ensure that passengers who have lost belongings receive excellent service, from initial reporting to the safe return of their items.
  5. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of lost items, track trends in lost items, and implement strategies to reduce losses.
  6. Training and Development: Conduct regular training for staff, keeping them informed about industry best practices and customer service standards.
