We?re actively seeking a client-oriented, well organized, and experienced Partner Success Manager to expand our service delivery in the health/life sciences industry. The position will be based in KSA together with Plug and Play?s GCC Health Tech team and will have the exciting opportunity to work roughly 80% of his/her time together with the innovation team of one of the most innovation-driven health clients in the region. The ideal candidate brings expertise in the pharma/biotech/healthcare industry, a passion for technologies & innovation as well as a deep understanding of the digital health space (startups, scale-ups, R&D spin-offs). The Partner Success Manager is expected to have an entrepreneurial mindset to develop/formulate innovation-related use cases that fit the clients needs and support them in finding the right technology solutions and/or partners to solve those challenges. Furthermore, the candidate would be working jointly with the regional & local Health Tech team (Program management, Investments, Partnerships) to continue to develop the Health Tech platform in the region and ensure top-notch client servicing. HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:Account Management* Be the main point of contact for the client and coordinate the activities with the local/regional and international Plug and Play stakeholders * Ensure a smooth completion of the deliverables agreed upon with the client * Support the client in their ecosystem mapping and engagement activities in KSA, GCC & beyond * Generate reports internally and externally about Plug and Play?s engagement with the client * Curate relevant events for the client to engage with the ecosystem and establish thought leadership in the digital ecosystemStartups & Innovation* Source digital health startups for the main health client and occasionally support the sourcing efforts for other health clients in the region * Research the latest trends and proactively develop use cases or opportunities for our health clients * Help with ideation and general workshops, market analyses, and reports about relevant industry trends * Represent Plug and Play and our health client at key industry events and conferences (Arab Health, DUPHAT, GITEX,etc)Ventures* Curate startup lists for the client based on their technology interests * Schedule and facilitate introductions between the client and relevant startups. * Perform additional operational work for Plug and Play Ventures as needed (sourcing, deal flow management,etc)Diligence/Investment Research* Support the deal team on digital health investment opportunities in the region * Conduct high-level research; analyze the market, examine industry trends, track competitive landscape, etc. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: * Bachelors (MBA or Masters is a plus) in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Life Sciences or related field * Pharma/BioTech/Healthcare Industry Knowledge (Consulting, in-house) * Previous GCC work experience in the healthcare/innovation industry * Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively * Highly organized, ability to meet tight deadlines * Versatile and ability to think outside the box * Proficiency in Google Kite, MS Office (especially Excel and Word), CRMs, project management tools, etc. (Salesforce, Monday,etc) * Excellent public speaking and presentation skills * Native English speaker & Arabic speaker preferred DESIRED SKILLS: * Self-motivated and driven; proven to work independently, prioritize work, and achieve results * Creative and agile to adapt to client?s needs and change in priorities * Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate with C-Suite executives * Collaborative, diplomatic, and can cross-functionally partner with stakeholders across multiple offices * Experience in/comfort with a role with a degree of ambiguity, requiring proactive analysis and action * Strong desire to learn continually and grow professionally * Passionate about technology and innovation.
