Job Description

Our very important principal & family-based client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking for aÿPersonal Chef (Female)ÿwho is based in Riyadh. Shellÿprovide culinary support to newly married couples. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for cooking, creativity in meal preparation, and the ability to cater to various dietary preferences and restrictions.Responsibilities

  1. Menu Planning:ÿDesigning diverse and nutritious menus tailored to the preferences and dietary requirements of the newly married couples.
  2. Grocery Shopping:ÿProcuring fresh and high-quality ingredients necessary for meal preparation while adhering to budget constraints.
  3. Meal Preparation:ÿExecuting meals from start to finish, including prepping ingredients, cooking, and presenting dishes in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
  4. Cooking Techniques:ÿDemonstrating proficiency in various cooking techniques and styles, including but not limited to grilling, baking, saut‚ing, and roasting.
  5. Catering to Dietary Restrictions:ÿAccommodating any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requests from the couples, ensuring their dietary needs are met without compromising taste or quality.
  6. Kitchen Maintenance:ÿMaintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items and regular cleaning of cooking equipment.
  7. Meal Presentation:ÿPlating meals with attention to detail and presentation, creating visually appealing and Instagram-worthy dishes.
  8. Communication:ÿEffectively communicating with the couples to understand their preferences, provide recommendations, and receive feedback on the meals prepared.
  9. Recipe Development:ÿDeveloping new and innovative recipes to keep the dining experience exciting and memorable for the couples.
