Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Pre-Owned Cars Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing pre-owned vehicles that meet their needs and budget.Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Listen to customers needs and preferences to guide them to the right pre-owned vehicle
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate features and benefits of different vehicles
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement
  • Complete necessary paperwork and ensure all legal requirements are met for the sale
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, financing options, and industry trends
