Job Description

1- Brand and Image Management:

  • Create and design all material associated with or reflecting our brand to present a unified cohesive image across the board for all internal and external stakeholders, utilizing in-house or outsourced tools and resources. This includes but not limited to: websites, profiles, presentations, brochures, templates, any publications through conventional media or social media, and all marketing and advertising collaterals among others.
  • Anticipate, analyse, and interpret the public opinion and attitudes of the public towards our brand and image through various venues.
  • Draft strategies to maintain positive brand perception and create favourable awareness of our companies, which may use˙free or paid outlets˙to influence public opinions towards our brand and image.
  • Draft strategies to support˙brand?s campaigns and/or new changes or moves.
  • Instil and reinforce the values and ethos associated with our brand amongst internal stakeholders, proposing appropriate strategies and approaches to achieve the same, in line with our existing policies and procedures.
2- Media Relations Management:
  • Build relations with the media through interviews, press releases, notifications, and press conferences.
  • Plan and execute special˙public outreach˙and media relations events as appropriate.
  • Coordinate with media networks for coverage of any key events associated with corporate or business achievements.
  • Represent our companies at press conferences, interviews and the like.
3- Social Media Management:
  • Maintain social media accounts and profile pages.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience preferences and competitors? activities to create an evolving relevant social media strategy.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content frequently to keep all social media accounts active, relevant and up-to-date.
  • Manage content and monitor interactions and act accordingly in line with predefined business strategies and policies, and seek guidance through liaising with relevant departments as necessary to ensure consistency.
4- Public Relations Function Management:
  • Advise on proposed amendments and requirements for the structure, activities, human resource, policies, procedures, training and KPIs of the PR function.
  • Prepare necessary PR plans based on sound and well-studied methodologies and propose budgetary requirements for PR function accordingly.
  • Manage a team of PR specialists who would assist in carrying out PR functions.
5- Client and Partner Relations Management:
  • Liaise and coordinate with the business development team for going to the market, opening communication channels and attracting potential clients and partners.
  • Support and nurture relationships with clients and partners in coordination with relevant departments and propose appropriate means to reinforce and grow such relationships and advise on strategies for client and partner retention.
  • Assist in campaigns for communicating products and service offerings and propose appropriate promotion venues.
  • Celebrate corporate achievements as well as clients? and partners? successes utilizing appropriate venues and channels.
6- Employee Relations Management:
  • Ensure that all policies, procedures and manuals of the company are well communicated and disseminated to all employees and coordinate with HR and relevant custodians of such documents and programs to encourage ongoing open channels of communication.
  • Conduct required onboarding and introduction of new employees to corporate environment and culture as well as introduce them to other organization members.
  • Reinforce social bonding by encouraging employees to express empathy to their fellow workers in times of illness or grief, as well as celebrate their successes, joys and life events.
  • Propose recreational activities promoting well-being, intellectual and cultural skills of employees, along with a detailed plan and budget for implementation, after studying and understanding employee?s interests and needs.
  • Propose strategies for reinforcing employees? satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
  • Assist in communicating, facilitating, implementing and embracing organizational changes that impact employees.
7- Community and Environment Relations Management:
  • Establish positive image and goodwill through organizing events and philanthropic communal activities or any other appropriate venues.
  • Foster the sense of responsibility towards the community and environment amongst members of the organization by proposing appropriate initiatives.
  • Identify and propose opportunities to participate in local, regional or international initiatives dedicated for corporate social responsibility.
  • Devise and propose a CSR plan, with required budget, schedule and details for management approval.
8- Corporate Guest Relations Management:
  • Ensure appropriate image and protocols are followed in all interactions with guests.
  • Undertake required guest reception activities, including but not limited to, airport pick-up / drop-off and appropriate transport and accommodation.
  • Prepare visit agendas in coordination with concerned departments, including business, cultural and leisure activities.
  • Arrange and implement visit activities, including all required bookings and preparations in coordination with concerned departments.
  • Prepare all guest-related material such as brochures, gift bags and others.
