Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. This role will primarily focus on the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, specifically targeting business-to-consumer (B2C) sales. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the FMCG market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of success in B2C sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company in the FMCG sector.Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the FMCG industry
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with B2C clients
  3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our FMCG products
  4. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the FMCG sector
  6. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and meet sales objectives
  8. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2C sales in the FMCG industry
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  4. Strong understanding of the FMCG market and consumer behavior
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  6. Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  8. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software
