We are looking for a Medical Devices Sales Supervisor, the main responsibility for the position will be for the development and performance of all sales activities in the market to expand the customer base. Supervise sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in sales with company vision and values.- Supervise sales operations of sales team.- Evaluate, Motivate and train sales team- Follow-up leads and samples provided by sales team.- Implement strategies to sell products or services.- Build new customer base to maximize sales.- Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services.- Supervise accounts receivables team in collecting balances.- Supervise field marketing and sales force.- Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.- Follow up payment and control overdue- Develop and maintain profit- Provide up-to-date market feedback report˙Experience & Qualification:- Bachelors Degree in Biomedical engineering or any related Medical field.- A minimum of 5 years experience in medical devices˙ ˙field, especially in OR, ICU, Dermatology and Medical --˙ ˙Furniture capital equipment.-A minimum of 2 years experience in management˙ ˙position (Governmental and Class A hospitals) with˙ ˙proven record of sales and achievement in the area.-Fluent in˙English˙and Arabic-Valid KSA drive license.-Eligible to work in the KSA
