Job Description

Their HQ is in Dubai, and they have branches in KSA and Egypt as well.They are one of the leading Events? solutions and production providers in GCC with more than 20 years of experience in the market and having ISO certifications for Events production and organization.The˙Site accountant˙in Events solutions, production, and logistics ensures˙financial integrity and compliance at the designated location. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams to support the overall financial objectives of the organization.The position involves:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations at the designated site, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to track site performance and financial health.
  • Coordinate with the corporate accounting team to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data and reports.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for the site, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reconcile inventory records with physical counts, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and file local tax returns and regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with operations and administrative teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in financial operations.
