Job Description

As a Smart Film Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling PDLC smart film products to architects, designers, construction firms, and direct clients. Your goal is to increase market adoption of PDLC smart film solutions, which are used to enhance privacy and energy efficiency in buildings through switchable glass technology.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including architects, builders, and interior designers.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
  • Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Provide detailed information and demonstrations of PDLC smart film technology to potential clients.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and meetings to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role in the building materials or related industry.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales; self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Work Environment:
  • This position may require frequent travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
