  • Develop a comprehensive migration strategy and plan, considering factors like downtime, mailbox coexistence, and migration batches.
  • Ensure that the target Exchange environment is properly configured and meets the necessary prerequisites.
  • Migrate mailboxes, public folders, contacts, calendars, and other Exchange data in a phased or batched approach.
  • Verify the successful migration of all data and user accounts.
  • Document the entire migration process, including configurations, scripts, and procedures.
