Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM, People, Culture) - Saudi National.A creative & innovative Biotechnology business is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their HR team in a newly created role. Reporting to the Head of People, you will be responsible for developing and driving the talent acquisition strategy across the business.From talent attraction through to talent management you will support across building candidate pipelines, determining the best attraction strategies, coaching hiring managers through the end to end process, management of the agency PSL and other ad hoc recruitment projects.For this role, it is essential that you have experience in managing the 360 recruitment process - from initial headhunt through to offer stage. With this you will also need a proven track record of delivery against strategic projects and be comfortable working in a fast paced and commercial environment. Youll need to be a natural communicator and have the confidence and gravitas to partner senior players within the business.Requirements? Proven experience hiring for a high growth tech startup or BioTech, ideally having worked closely with all functions and leadership teams? A track record of building high performing recruitment teams, ideally including in international territories? Proven experience of having evolved and scaled TA infrastructures to support high growth, in a high change environment? The ability to develop and execute global, multi-functional and multi-level hiring strategies whilst understanding the demands of a growing technology business? Experience of crafting and applying strong recruitment processes from the ground up; acknowledging the importance of best practice processes and providing the foundations for a business that is growing and scaling internationally? Accomplished at mentoring and coaching at management level, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong and productive relationships with people of all backgrounds and levels of seniority? Passionate about creating a highly engaged, ambitious and positive workplace culture and environment? Commercially perceptive; you can quickly identify and align business objectives with the best talent strategy
