Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Team Leader Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, have the ability to distribute tasks and revisions, and effectively coordinate with other disciplines. Experience in BIM Revit and Navisworks is a must, with a specific emphasis on Revit. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in landscape and gulf projects, be familiar with international codes, and have a background in contracting tasks and landscape shop drawings. Proficiency in Civil 3D is preferred, while proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office is required.Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
  2. Distribute tasks and revisions among team members, ensuring efficient use of resources
  3. Coordinate with other disciplines, such as engineers, designers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution
  4. Develop and implement BIM strategies, utilizing Revit and Navisworks for project coordination and clash detection
  5. Create and review architectural designs, ensuring compliance with international codes and regulations
  6. Oversee the preparation of landscape shop drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements
  7. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays
  8. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications
  9. Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management
  2. Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to effectively distribute tasks and revisions
  3. Proficiency in BIM Revit and Navisworks, with a specific emphasis on Revit
  4. Experience in landscape and gulf projects
  5. Familiarity with international codes and regulations
  6. Background in contracting tasks and experience in landscape shop drawings
  7. Proficiency in Civil 3D is preferred
  8. Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
  9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  10. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
