Job Description

The Technical Researcher will play a key role in our research department, focusing on the initiation, development, and execution of research projects that align with our strategic goals. This position requires a highly analytical individual who can synthesize complex information and drive forward innovations that will impact the future of technology.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough and detailed technical research based on cutting-edge technologies and theoretical frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the research team to design and implement experiments, gather data, and analyze results.
  • Develop technical documents and reports to outline research findings and present these findings to stakeholders and at industry conferences.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technology to ensure that our research remains relevant and forward-thinking.
  • Work closely with product development teams to translate research findings into actionable, innovative products.
  • Ensure that all research activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain research databases, tools, and infrastructure to ensure efficiency and accuracy in research activities.
  • Collaborate with external researchers, industry partners, and academic institutions to expand research scope and depth.
Qualifications:
  • Master?s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
  • Proven experience in conducting high-level technical research, with a strong portfolio of published papers and/or patents.
  • Deep understanding of the latest technologies and methodologies in areas such as AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, or other relevant fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and effectively in both written and spoken formats.
  • Experience with research methodologies, statistical analysis, and software relevant to the field.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with simulation and modeling tools.
  • Prior involvement in research projects that have led to tangible innovations or improvements in technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
