We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer for one of our clients˙(Tech Start-up)˙who will play a pivotal role in driving sales through technical expertise and client engagement. This role involves a balanced focus on preparing technical documentation and tenders, providing pre-sales support, and facilitating the API integration with customers.Job Responsibilities:? Conduct product technical demonstrations and presentations toprospective customers and partners, and help customers choose the best solution for their situation.? Work on tenders and RFPs: Write technical proposals, and technical designs, and respond to RFIs, RFPs, and technical assessments.? Technical document write-up: Develop and maintain technicaldocumentation, guides, and FAQs to assist clients and the sales team in understanding and selling the product.? Technical onboarding: Support new or existing customers duringonboarding, implementation, integration, configuration, and customization.? API integration support: Provide technical support to accelerate API integration and adoption? Serve as the first line of technical support for customers, while also collaborating with our tech team to resolve complex issues.
