Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our companys treasury operations, including cash management, funding, liquidity, and risk management. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement treasury strategies and ensure compliance with financial regulations.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risk.
  2. Manage and monitor daily cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs.
  3. Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiate banking terms, and maintain banking documentation.
  4. Must have good experience as Credit Analyst
  5. Must be professional in opening LCs (Letter of Credit)
  6. Able to arrange mega bank facilities for the upcoming projects
  7. Oversee the execution of financial transactions, i.e borrowings and payments
  8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies and procedures.
  9. Prepare accurate and timely treasury reports, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections for senior management.
  10. Review and improve treasury processes and systems to enhance efficiency and control.
  11. Manage and develop a team of treasury professionals, providing guidance and support.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 18 years of experience in treasury management or a related field.
  2. Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, and financial risk management.
  3. Experience in developing and implementing treasury strategies in a complex and dynamic business environment.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
  5. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management, banks, and financial institutions.
  7. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  8. Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  9. CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
