Our very important principal & family-based client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking forÿButlers/Waiterÿwho can be based in Riyadh.This live-in position with food and accommodation provided always plays a very key role in looking after a very prominent Middle Eastern client. The ability to pay close attention to every detail and ensure that all required activities are completed to the highest standards is essential for this position. Serving, inventorying the principals clothes, following up on orders and deliveries, packing and unloading cases, and other customary daily Butler tasks are among the duties. The principals Riyadh home, where he presently spends most of his time, will serve as the main workplace.The Butler must be practical, composed, and orderly, as well as adaptable to the tasks that must be completed. The smooth operation of the principals life depends on a discrete, knowledgeable, and well-organized Butler. a smart, well-dressed individual with a lot of initiative. Candidates might need to plan their social and travel activities in advance and guarantee the continuity of all residencies.Responsibilities

  • Answering telephonic and written communications on behalf of the employer.
  • Greeting guests in a professional manner upon their arrival.
  • Sourcing and training new staff, preparing and communicating staff schedules, and running payroll.
  • Overseeing monthly budgeting and security, as well as household inventories for the property.
  • Assisting the employer and other household staff with the planning of events.
  • Overseeing the smooth running of hosted events, parties, and dinners.
  • Performing all duties and obligations with decorum, tact, and unwavering professionalism.
  • Deliver best-in-class service to HNI visitors.
  • Anticipate needs and respond urgently and appropriately.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
  • Pickup of laundry garments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Packing, unpacking services, and valet service.
  • Should be experienced in fine dining and strong food & beverage knowledge.
  • Able to maintain a good teamwork relationship with all other coordinating departments.
  • Able to always maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
  • Have a good understanding of people from various cultures and backgrounds working together and apply their strengths and weaknesses to encourage strong work ethics and team motivation.
