UXBERT Labs is part of the Supertech Group also consisting of Hala Yalla, Saudis #1 private event ticketing and experience booking platform, and Kafu Games, the largest esports tournament platform in MENAWe are looking for Account Manager who will serve as the main point of contact for these clients, ensuring their needs are met, and acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business objectives. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and excellent customer service skills.Key Responsibilities

  • Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
  • Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Developing new business with existing clients and/or identifying areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Preparing reports on account status.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Key Requirements
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain software capabilities and features.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving customer success.
  • Knowledge of the software industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software account management, client relationship management, or a similar role.
