Issuing Warning & Deduction Letters for Staff.
˙Preparing/follow ups for Management Award, Best Employee Award.
˙Processing Saudi staff documents for newly married for changing their grade and house allowance.
˙Preparing and circulating Internal Circular?s for HR Admin Department
˙Preparing Salary Certificates, Consulate Letters for visas (English). Interacting with the staff in order to fulfil their requirement with Admin Dept.
˙Responsible for Medical Insurance for all staff & dependents for uploading details on insurance website, follow up?s for their Medical cards and for cancellation/deletion for KSA. Also, receiving Insurance claims and distributing to staff accordingly
˙Correspondence & liase with the team on matters pertaining to Admin and raising Staff Actions Forms and follow up?s.
˙Maintaining & Updating all departmental documentation
˙Handling Staff matters for Salary follow ups and their Vacation, Insurance, Exit/Re-entry, Iqama Renewal and all related Matters.
˙Any other work related to Admin Services as assigned by Management.
