    Job Responsibilities
    1. Provides support and guidance to more junior colleagues.
    2. Deals with inbound/outbound operations, processing information and documentation as required.
    3. Interacts with internal/external contacts to manage information on customer orders, supplier shipments and product availability
    4. Coordinates the ordering, distribution and tracking of inventory.
    5. Provides assistance on matters related to finished products packaging materials planning and management
    6. Coordinates sales/maintenance/production order entry into systems and maintains vendor/supplier/customer records
    7. Schedules inbound/outbound logistics in terms of establishing arrival terms
    8. Prepares daily receiving/deliveries and shipping schedules.
