Youll be responsible for:
  • Managing a team of circa 20 Senior/Planning Managers to deliver monthly Client executive reports to required deadlines across the programme.
  • Leads Integrated Master Schedule updates and presents monthly status at Client executive level.
  • Oversees Interface Management process and presents monthly status at Client executive level.
  • Oversees PMO process and procedure development, updates and rollout across the programme.
  • Oversees Mace and PMC Planning Teams P6 User interface administration with Client Server.
  • Conducts schedule onboarding sessions with new PMC staff on a monthly basis.
  • Deliver internal training and development courses on a monthly basis.
  • Contributes to the regional Mace business with lessons learned and best practice.
  • Contributes to Mace Centre of Excellence and Insights with schedule benchmark data and process developments.
  • Expert knowledge of schedule management tools and software - Essential - Primavera P6 and Excel.
  • Experience with recognised international contracting/consultancy organisation.
  • Experience with PMO organisations (Desirable).
Youll need to have:
  • Expert knowledge of schedule management tools and software.
  • Mastery in setting up effective planning/schedule. management systems and procedures.
  • Able to manage activities with significant uncertainty of solution or outcome.
Youll also have:
  • Degree (or equivalent) with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the Construction, Programme, Project or Commercial Management disciplines.
  • Working towards Chartered/registered member of a relevant institution Accreditation from recognised industry body (e.g APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA).
  • Relevant CSCS Card .
  • Other relevant qualifications specific to local requirements.
