Open to travel within the ME.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSolenis is offering a remarkable opportunity for a highly skilled, motivated, and accomplished Business Development Manager to become a part of our dynamic O&G team in KSA.In this pivotal role, youll be at the forefront of expanding market presence within your assigned region, targeting both established customers in the O&G/Heavy industries and uncovering new avenues for business development. Your efforts will play a crucial role in elevating the Solenis brand and market influence.As a Business Development Manager, your primary mission is to nurture business growth and enhance Solenis competitive edge in the region. You will take the lead in conceiving and executing strategic sales initiatives in alignment with the Corporate Accounts teams growth strategy, effectively expanding our market footprint.Your responsibilities will encompass steering new product introductions, a vital component of our customer acquisition strategy, and you will actively cultivate market insights, providing valuable feedback to our marketing and technology teams. Furthermore, you will establish and nurture relationships with influential executives and key strategic customers, positioning Solenis for even greater success.Taking the lead in delivering business strategies you will:- Develop business development strategies and create annual business development plans for relevant area to reach required business objectives and revenue.- Work closely with account managers and local partners to understand business requirements and market needs.- Recognize new market segments and opportunities for business development, make a calculation of returns and investment, and gain agreement for the investment, resources, and actions required for the developments.- Prioritize market segment development activities and set revenue targets- Initiate and develop new leads and prospects in the heavy industry, in particular in O&G market both upstream and downstreamWhat Youll Bring: Masters degree in chemical engineering or similar, or equivalent industry experience. Primarily from Chemistry and/or environment industry. Minimum of 15 years of Sales experience in the chemical treatment industry. Extensive expertise in O&G chemical applications for both water and oil (upstream and downstream). Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Arabic. Demonstrated ability to creatively resolve complex issues in alignment with company objectives. Self-motivated and strong drive for results. Valid driving license. Customer focus Ability to fulfil customer needs and expectations. Must be professional and confident with internal and external customers. Delivering Results Deliver against strategic business KPIs.
