Job Description

We are looking for a Camp Boss to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Camp Boss will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our camp facility. This includes ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents, managing the camp staff, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the camp. The Camp Boss will also be responsible for overseeing the catering services and ensuring that meals are prepared and served on time, as well as managing the inventory and ordering supplies as needed. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. They should also have a strong attention to detail and be able to effectively communicate with staff and residents. Previous experience in camp management or hospitality is preferred.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the camp facility
  2. Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents
  3. Supervise and manage camp staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  4. Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the camp, including the living quarters, dining facilities, and recreational areas
  5. Oversee the catering services, ensuring that meals are prepared and served on time
  6. Manage the inventory and ordering of supplies
  7. Handle any resident complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  9. Prepare and maintain reports on camp operations and expenses
  10. Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in camp management or hospitality
  2. Strong leadership and management skills
  3. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  5. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  7. Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  8. Proficient in MS Office Suite
  9. Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  10. Ability to speak Arabic is a plus
