The role˜will be leading 3 functions:˜Learning & Development, Data Insights, Sales Force Effectiveness, and Commercial Strategy teams.˜˜
The role will be responsible for the GCC countries:˜(Saudi, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman).˜˜
Enable capability building and implementation throughout the organization.˜
Implement Agile transformation in the organization.
The role will mainly tackle targeting new and different markets to grow the business even further. ˜˜˜
Develop, implement, and execute new Commercial strategies for the company. ˜
The role will require developing the research methods˜for˜the company.˜˜˜
The role will go within the research process for the market to know and develop the market segments and what the company needs to develop next for the advancement of the company even further in the market. ˜
This role will lead to the innovation of the company to a higher level in the market.

Strong consumer experience˜
Must have previous experience in data insights, SFE, and commercial
Extensive experience in leading transformational initiatives
Excellent communication skills as this person will interact with all the functions in the organization˜
