Job Description

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer located in Riyadh at ALANAM. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, negotiating contracts, and representing clients in court. The Corporate Lawyer will also be responsible for researching and analyzing laws and regulations.Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on all legal aspects of corporate law, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, financing, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal and business documents, such as contracts, shareholder agreements, articles of incorporation, and other corporate documentation.
  • Conduct legal research to stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Provide legal opinions on the interpretation and application of corporate laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements in various business activities, such as joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiate settlements when required.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing legal support and guidance on an ongoing basis.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and changes in corporate law to anticipate potential legal risks or opportunities for clients.
Qualifications
  • Licensed by the Ministry of Justice.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate law
  • Experience with legal research and analysis
  • Excellent negotiation, oral communication, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
