Job descriptionAbout the ProgramThis is an Intern track for a 4-month period to become a Software Tester that ends with hiring full-time.The shortlisted candidate will have a pre-qualification screening process that assesses the technical and communication skills make sure to read more about automation testing role before you applyThe pre-qualification phases are:

  • Initial HR Round
  • Initial Technical Assessment
  • Enroll in the automation testing boot camp for 2 weeks
  • Shortlisting the qualified candidates for the next phase
  • Work on different projects for a 3 month duration
  • Shortlisting the qualified candidates for full time hiring (3 Year Contract) and official career start in automation testing
Competencies and Knowledge Required:
  • Preferable Computer programming or computer science Graduates or computers/software-related courses
  • Basic knowledge of Testing Web, APIs, Mobile, any other systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Java Programming language or similar programming languages Python, C#, C++, JS
  • Basic knowledge on Test Automation Tools, Process
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong English Language
  • Excitement and eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Passion for IT development and desire to gain in-depth knowledge
Program Duration:
  • 10 days of Intensive Training program
  • 3 months for selected Intern
Training Program Dates:From 02nd of December,2023 To: 31st of March,2024Interns Objectives will be achieved from Crew Bootcamp:
  • General Test Automation skills
  • General Test Automation Tools knowledge
  • Basic to mid-level Web, API, and Mobile Automation skills
  • Test Automation process
