Job Description

In this role, the incumbent is responsible for processing all government relations transactions related to Ministry of Labor, Passport office ( Muqeeem, Ministry of foreign affairs, Ministry of commerce & Industrial, General organisation for social Insurance, Saudi Arabia general investment authorities, Industrial cities management, customs and Chamber of commerce.Client DetailsThe client is a global player in their industry offering a hugely progressive opportunity to join a multinational company as a PRO, this role will report into to the GM directly.DescriptionThe Key responsibilities of the role will include:Follow safety policies to provide a safe workplace for all employees and supports the guiding principles of Goal Zero to continually improve the plants safety, health and environmental performance, security, design, development, manufacture, storage, marketing and distribution.Drive culture of safety; Report safety observations / incidentsSupports and is committed to the Quality Improvement Process. Plans strategies to ensure error-free work by doing it right the first time and conveys this attitude in the daily performance of various duties, in our drive continuous improvementExecute the following operations:Manage general office administration.Process employees new work permits and annual renewals.Process new employees work visas applications.Update MOL with the monthly salary record.Issue employees residence permits and process annual renewals.Process new employees visa sponsorship transfer.Process travel re-entry permissions business trips and holidays.Process final exit permissions for leavers.Process Passports renewals update with ImmigrationIssue commercial visit visas for visitors.Process all required attestations from chamber of commerceProcess all required attestations from Ministry of foreign affairs.Process work visit visas applications.SAGIA license, CR, Manufacturing, Modon license renewals.GOSI employees enrolment / leavers and salaries updatesObtain monthly Saudization certificate Update Qiwa employees contract.Process shipping document for exports/reexports.Any other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of this post, for which the post holder has the necessary experience and/or trainingProfileThe Successful candidate will have/beMin 5 to 10 years of experience in government relations and general office administrationPreferred business administration degree or diploma.Fluent English and Arabic language, written and verbalManaged Ambiguity - Operating effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clearCollaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with other to meet shared objectivesInterpersonal Savvy - Relating openly and comfortable with diverse groups of peopleCourage - Stepping up to address difficult issues, saying what needs to be saidCommunicates Effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiencesJob OfferA competitive salary + progressive career opportunity
