Job Description

The ideal candidate will excel in both strategic and executional areas in order to implement initiatives to better the organization. In order to succeed, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on a range of responsibilities including hiring and training, implementing programs, and acting as the leader for the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. Responsibilities:

  • Fully responsible for the overall overseas strategic planning and execution of the company, ensuring the performance guarantee and long-term development of the companys overseas market.
  • Lead all departments of risk control and technology in overseas companies, responsible for expanding the companys business in overseas markets.
  • Collaborate with overseas and domestic companies to ensure the overall strategic implementation of the company.
Requirements:
  • Have comprehensive management experience in consumer finance companies and have worked in Saudi Arabia.
  • Understanding the market dynamics and competition in Saudi Arabia
  • Possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and identify with the development prospects.
  • Fluent in English, able to read and write English documents.
