Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, maintain, expand, and develop strong and professional relationships with KOLs and hospital management members.
  • Prospecting for customer retention by structured management of the day-to-day activities to achieve a complete sales cycle and account management tasks.
  • Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Create and Deliver presentations and demos while upselling and cross-selling various company offerings.
  • Building and managing the sales pipeline involves working closely with Inside Sales teams.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying to demonstrations and closing business.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
  • Understand and analyze Client needs and offer services accordingly.
  • Self-driven and focused on prospecting, offering, negotiating, and managing to close the sales opportunities to meet fiscal targets.
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
  • Evaluate various business opportunities and potential new customers to increase sales volume.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
  • Achieve monthly sales target based on the yearly target assigned by the Management.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree In biomedical Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Max. 2 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Sales Specialist, Sales Representative, or a similar role.
  • Good relationships with public and private customer groups.
  • Excellent communication and Presentation skills in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent capability in business expansion and account management.
  • Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit.
  • Candidates must be located in Saudi Arabia and must have Resident Iqama, Transferable.
  • Be able to travel frequently and Able to work under pressure.
  • Being able to work to tight deadlines.
