Job Description

Atkins are looking for a Principal Aviation Consultant in Riyadh and Jeddah, KSA.Therefore, if you want to be stimulated intellectually, to challenge yourself professionally and be part of a dynamic team, we would like to hear from you.Business Development: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and participate in proposal development and client presentations.

  • Project Management: Oversee the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of aviation industry regulations, standards, and best practices to provide advice and guidance to clients.
  • Analytical Skills: Conduct data analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations to clients on how to improve their operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior staff members, ensuring their professional development and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communication Skills: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, write reports, and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Industry Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, publish articles and whitepapers, and represent the firm at industry events.
  • A successful Principal Aviation Consultant should have a minimum of a bachelors degree in aviation management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 12-15 years experience in the aviation industry, including working for an airline, airport, or aviation consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential for this role.
