Procurement RepresentativeJob Location : Saudi Arabia:?To apply and execute the Total Delivered Cost sourcing & procurement process for local and global purchase and sourcing.?Evaluates vendor reliability and follows up on any problems regarding purchased materials.?Identifies, develops and implements savings projects and reporting to include pipeline development, project execution, headwind/tailwind reporting & tracking, and financial validation.?Assembles contracts and implements supply positions to ensure security of supply and achievement of procurement goals.?Works with the business to address questions & needs surrounding suppliers, markets, materials, and services?Leads, manages, and communicates status of alternate supplier approval projects. Collaborates across manufacturing, quality, planning, logistics, and suppliers to ensure project milestones and action plans are met.?Implements procurement systems and process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.?Leads the procurement engagement in new Supplier/Carrier introduction, approval, and setups.?Ensure assigned spend is fully documented, categorized and reproducible in the procurement system(s)
