With offices in India and Saudi Arabia, we serve a wide range of clients across various industries.Job OverviewWe are hiring a QC Civil Engineer for Building, Road & Landscape for a contract-to-hire position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have more than 10 -12 years of experience in the field. As a QC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of all construction projects, including buildings, roads, and landscaping.Roles And Responsibilities

  • Perform quality control inspections on construction projects, including buildings, roads, and landscaping
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Identify and document non-conformance issues, IR and create non-conformance reports.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess quality control effectiveness
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality-related concerns
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
  • Train and educate project staff on quality control best practices
  • Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance to ensure quality standards are met
Desired Profile
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • 10-12 years of experience in quality control for construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret project drawings, specifications, and codes
  • Familiarity with inspection tools and equipment
  • Good communication, problem-solving ,analytical skills and interpersonal skills
  • IR (Internal Rejection) / Inspection report management experience is a plus
  • Should be willing to work 10 hours a day for 6 days a week.
  • Should join immediately or a notice period of maximum 15 days will be given.
  • Preference will be given to the candidates from KSA.
