Job ResponsibilitiesPrincipal Duties:- Facilitates the accreditation and re-accreditation activities by local and international Accreditation bodies including communicating the process to relevant staff, coordinating and preparing for survey process, and completing of assessments and response plans.- Works in collaboration with key members of the organization to identify and conduct quality improvement education needs in compliance with quality and safety regulations.- Facilitates implementation and follow up of corrective action plans in response to compliance issues.- Works with various KAIMRC services to develop departmental quality metrics and clinical Key Performance Indicators, and assist in analysis of data as needed.- Responsible for training and education of front-line staff on Risk Management and assists in training junior staff/trainees joining the research quality improvement section (RQI).- Facilitates projects involving Quality Improvement from formation of the project team to post implementation support.- Facilitates and provides support to Root Cause Analyses (RCA) teams and ensures that recommendations of RCA are monitored and tracked for effective implementation.- Assists in implementation of Continuous Performance Improvement Initiatives, which depends on area of assignment.- Conducts site visits to work with staff on relevant quality improvement/management programs/activities, and submit detailed site visit reports with findings and recommendation.- Performs other job-related duties as required.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation:Any Graduation()Gender:nmNationality:Any Nationality
