Job Description

Overview of the role:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to support the Head of Sales in driving revenue growth across UAE, Egypt, and KSA. This role focuses on selling digital services and retail media solutions to a wide range of businesses, ensuring they maximize their engagement with our platform?s members. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of digital marketing and retail media. What you will do:Sales Execution

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the respective market to pitch digital services packages.
  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide post-sale support to clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and utilization of services
Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct research to identify market trends, potential clients, and competitor activity in each region.
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with the Head of Sales to refine strategies.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to align on sales strategies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to deliver on client requirements.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance and market opportunities.
