Job Description

SummaryActs in a senior capacity for Ambulatory Care Representatives.Performs the duties of an Ambulatory Care Representative.Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Receives work assignments from Supervisor, Registration, Appointment & Admission Services.Distributes assignments to Ambulatory Care Representatives.Ensures that assignments are completed in a proper and timely manner.
  2. Responsible for scheduling, assigning work and modifying schedules to meet changing requirements and circumstances.
  3. Guides and trains Ambulatory Care Representatives.Assists with orientation of new employees.
  4. Assists with performance appraisal of Ambulatory Care Representatives.Responsible for evaluating and counselling to enable subordinates to improve their performance.
  5. Ensures the availability of equipment and materials.
  6. Responsible for the preparation of periodic activity reports.
  7. Responsible for assisting in the selection of applicants for jobs within the department.
  8. Responsible for providing training schedules to new employees and educating them about the departmental policies and procedures.
  9. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
  10. Participates in self and others education, training and development, as applicable.
  11. Performs any other related duties as assigned.
EducationThree (3) years of related experience with Bachelors Degree or five (5) years with IPA Diploma is required.Experience RequiredThree (3) years of related experience with Bachelors Degree or five (5) years with IPA Diploma is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)
  • Saudi National only.
