? Ensure compliance of MA?ADEN QMS & EHS Management System. ? Follow MRC Quality Procedures & Safe Working Instruction (SWI?s). ? Identify the Aluminium sample received (Sheet/Cans) for metallography as per the requisition form.? Structured problem solving of issues arising out of equipment start-up, during production ramp up and customer qualifications ? Monitor and continuously improve a steady state process path that delivers the highest quality End stock sheet and other products to a variety of established international customers.? Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 quality management system and implement laboratory standard as per ISO/IEC 17025. ? Selection of proper sampling position for Metallography analysis. ? Perform Metallurgical investigation and analysis? Bachelor Degree in Metallurgy or Materials Science or equivalent experience in the metals industry.6 years experience as Engineer? The successful candidate will have excellent English verbal and writing skills, and must be able to effectively operate in a multicultural work environment. Experience in developing metallurgical practices for both heat treatable and non heat treatable aluminium alloys is a plus.? Experience in Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Optical Microscope? Thorough understanding of materials chemistry and properties as it relates to Aluminium? Thorough understanding of materials development and production techniques as it relates to aluminum sheet production
