The Senior Manager, Operational Risk Management will provide support in the development and implementation of effective operational risk management strategies and frameworks within ROSHN. This includes identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks. Bachelors or equivalent degree in relevant disciple (e.g. Finance, Economics, Engineering, etc.). Professional qualifications and certifications, such as CA, CMA, FRM, PMP, CRMA are advantageous. Proficient in using MS Excel, Power Point and Word. Knowledge of Risk Management, Internal Audit and Project Management tools is advantageous. Superb report writing skills. 5 to 10 years experience in risk management, internal audit or another relevant disciple. Experience of working with a real estate developer is highly advantageous. Operational Risk Framework : Develop, periodically review, and update the ORM Framework in line with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.Framework Implementation : Implement operational risk framework in ROSHN by executing its requirements on a continuous basis.Risk and Control Matrices : Develop operational Risk and Control Matrices (RCM) for various Functions, Departments and processes in ROSHN Group in line with the ORM Framework requirements. Periodically monitor the completeness and accuracy RCM and update them, as required. Risk Assessment : Periodically carry out risk assessments for developing or updating RCMs.Control Reviews : Conduct periodic reviews of the design and effectiveness of internal controls, and provide recommendations for improvements. Risk Advice : Provide Operational Risk advice and counsel to other Functions.Training : With support of the Line Manager, provide training to staff in various Functions related to ORM.Systems utilization : Use the ERM tools implemented in ROSHN for managing the ORM Framework. Periodically, review and update required information in the system. Reporting : Prepare periodic, high-quality reports for the GRC Committee and other stakeholders.Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work with cross-functional teams, first line of defense at varying levels within ROSHN and 3rd line of defense (Internal Audit).
