Job Description

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Accountant to join our finance team. As a Senior Project Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate financial management of our social infrastructure programs across Saudi Arabia. With a focus on elevating program delivery and driving positive change in line with Vision 2030, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects and contribute to the transformation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Responsibilities Manage the financial aspects of multiple construction projects, including project costing, budget tracking, and cash flow management. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and financial projections. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies. Perform financial analysis to support decision-making and project performance evaluation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and engineers, to provide financial guidance and support. Assist in the development and implementation of project accounting policies and procedures. Conduct regular project cost reviews and identify opportunities for cost optimization.Desired Candidate ProfileProfile: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in project accounting, preferably within the engineering or construction industry. In-depth knowledge of project accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations. Proficiency in using project accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
