Job description:Role PurposeTo Manage the Service Department operationally and financially for Arabian Health Care in a national and international basis.Maintain and optimizing the P&L of the department and ensure the services are performed based on the standards of AHC.Job Accountabilities & Activities- Plan, develop, implement, and direct the Service team to strengthen and enhance performance, profitability and growth.- Growth of service department sales maximizing the department revenue and optimizing the service department cost.- Budget service team expenses and set plan for expenses along with forecasting the achievement and revenue of the department- Plan, set and maintain the standards of service workshop- Developing service department business , meeting with organic and non organic growth- Coash service team members to increase the efficiency and develop team skills- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers to close dealsEducation & CertificationsBiomedical EngineeringRequired Years of ExperienceEngineering with 5 years experience at least 3 years on managerial level
