Job Description

Rassas is a limited liability company based in Riyadh and completely owned by Tasnee. and non-radioactive metal, which makes it ideal for protection against nuclear radioactivity.An exciting opportunity is available for Sr. Supervisor II, Maintenance, based in Riyadh who will report directly to the Plant Manager.Summary:

  • The objective of this role is the full responsibility for the maintenance operations of the plant and dedicated, in line with the plans set and agreed upon with the Plant Manager to assure cost effective, timely provision of maintenance services..
In this role, you will be responsible of:
  1. Develop and manage maintenance activities, plans & schedules.
  2. Ensures compliance with all Company regulations and procedures in respect of safety, quality and asset maintenance and integrity
  3. Ensure effective control of downtime & maintenance costs & follow the budget guidelines.
  4. Sets/monitors KPI (key performance indicators) and scorecards to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Enhances the capability of the team through recruiting, motivating and developing multi discipline staff
  6. Good ability for trouble shooting & problem solving.
  7. Coordinate between maintenance & production division and other divisions when needed.
  8. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
  9. Issue periodic maintenance report showing downtime, overtime, shutdowns, etc.
  10. Drive the culture of continuous improvement in maintenance.
  11. Monitor the usage of spare parts and order replacements when necessary.
  12. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
  13. Coordinate with procurement with respect to maintenance orders.
  14. Manages operational changes, providing final approval of management of change, ensuring that they are effectively implemented.
Minimum Qualification and Experience: . A Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Electromechanics. . Minimum 7-year Industrial experience, previous Team Leadership or Management role, knowledge of Industrial manufacturing systems: furnaces, hydraulics, pneumatics, crushers, PLC, preventive maintenance methods, SAP or similar ERP system.Knowledge & Skills Required:
