Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors and expanders.Partner with the bestYou will be responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of materials (from suppliers and within departments of the site) according to production schedules for OTR conversion, Plan and schedule material / production needs.As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with the region sales and operations to create the regional forecast (12-18 mon.) and global forecasts
  • Working with the projects and operation team to convert the demand plans into physical orders. Understands business trends, opportunities and how they impact the demand forecast.
  • Planning and scheduling order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs
  • Performing various material management analysis such as statistical material consumption and forecasts, aged inventory, aged purchase orders, in-transit material analysis, safety stock, etc.
  • Implementing inventory stocking strategies
  • Assisting in executing continuous improvement projects to maximize value.
  • Planning material processes and systems, preparing and updating production scheduling and purchasing needs. Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimizing inventory and process improvements.
  • Managing material requirements planning, material processes and systems to support projects, while hitting inventory targets, preparing and updating production schedules and purchasing needs.
  • Coordinating / expediting material flow to meet customer delivery requirements.
  • Analyzing data to determine opportunities to decrease inventory, improve customer satisfaction service levels, and reduce total costs.
  • Maintaining accurate traceability for all records created during manufacturing of products and transfers, while ensuring compliance is maintained on all material.
  • Owning Material fulfillment function including managing all material.
  • Ownership of CPS milestones and updating SAP data.
  • Full control on SAP dates and close follow up with Projects team on maintaining schedules.

  • Associate degree in supply chain or related field or equivalent experience (2+ years experience)
  • Experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and
  • Management
  • Basic understanding of SAP and MRP functionality
  • Ability to work with and influence stakeholders
  • Tactical execution with a sense of urgency
