Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.Invoicing: Create and maintain accurate invoices for products/services rendered. Ensure invoices are processed efficiently and payments are collected in a timely manner.Client Relationship Management: Understand client requirements and ensure they are met to their satisfaction. Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients, escalating as necessary.Team Management: Direct and guide workers in their daily tasks, ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines. Provide support and training as needed to ensure high-quality work.
