Job Description

  • Support the HR Department in providing high quality, proactive, accurate service which meets business needs and corporate objectives.
  • Serve as a custodian of the organization?s culture and its translation across the organization.
  • Ensures smooth on-boarding for new hires by being responsible for completion of pre-joining documentation and paperwork, contract/offer signing and creation of staff files.
  • Effectively handling employee relations.
  • Responsible for Employee File Maintenance ? Hardcopy/Electronic ensuring timely update
  • Assist with screening and recruitment of competent staff.
  • Assisting the HR Manager in conducting all routine HR exercises ? Staff Performance Appraisals, salary review, probation assessments, etc.
  • Responsible for all staff exit formalities; ensuring the same are done promptly.
  • Coordinate and assist with the payroll processing and in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain confidential records and filing system for payroll including employee files.
  • Assist with all HR administrative activities including coordinating all internal and external communications.
  • Assist with preparing required reports, documents, and arrangements as per the directions of the HR Manager within necessary timeframes.
  • Responsible for maintaining electronic filing system and/or hardcopy documentation for required records, files and reports.
  • Duties also include fielding telephone calls, filing and data entry. May assist with overflow administrative work and fill in for the office receptionist as needed.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects the interest on the company by keeping human resource information confidential. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
  • Receive and relay directives, instructions and assignment to and from HR management.
  • Explaining policies and procedure to the employees in a timely and effective manner
  • Other duties assigned from time to time based on requirement by the management
