Job Description

Night shift Site managers are responsible for ensuring that operation & maintenance duties in the project is completed on time and within budget. Follow up on day duties by coordinating and supervising maintenance team. Making safety inspections tours and ensuring the proper functions of running equipment.Job Duties:

  1. To be familiar with the project and contractual obligations.
  2. To maintain and control the night shift project facitites
  3. To motivate the staff towards establishment of a successful organization.
  4. To lead the administrative, technical, and civil work activities of the project
  5. To get approval of executed works.
  6. Self dependent and able to solve technical problems that might arise.
  7. To represent the company properly.
  8. Make sure documentation is properly filed for the project.
  9. To properly handle the materials a d tools at site
  10. To ensure safety and security of the project site.
  11. To prepare monthly reports with the assistance of a quantity surveyor and document controller.
  12. . Development of execution plan
  13. Organization for execution of the plan.
  14. . Setting of targets & development of systems and procedure accomplishment of project.
  15. . Direction, coordination & control of project activities
  16. . Perform other duties as maybe assigned
