* PhD in health, biomedical, healthtech and/or life-science related field ideally in molecular cancer /cancer diagnostics* 10 or more years in the advanced cancer diagnostics field with a strong understanding of the global landscape including industry, startups, pharma and regulatory* Proven C or Director level Liquid Biopsy and/or advanced cancer diagnostics role, ideally combining strength in science, operations, product development and commercial growth* Liquid biopsy and/or advanced cancer diagnostics entrepreneurial and /or product launch experience* Advanced understanding of the application of liquid biopsy and advanced cancer diagnostics at scale, with emphasis on population health screening programmes* Product and Business development acumen with the entrepreneurial skillset and can-do approach combining strategy and operations* Solid understanding of early cancer diagnosis technological, industrial, legal, public health and regulatory landscape* A deep interest in health innovation and cutting edge health/life science developments with a willingness to deep dive into complex topics and express them simply and coherently* Solid commercial and product-centric acumen with the ability to bridge the gap between tech, science and business* Existing portfolio of global relationships with biopharma, universities, biotech and pharma* Ability to liaise with executives, medical, biomedical, scientific, commercial and government stakeholder
