Employment: Full Time We are looking to recruit a Sales Associate to work in our Flagship boutique, Kids Fashion at Nakheel Mall Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.The main role is to sell and to manage the boutique in all its aspects:Assist the customer; convert walk-ins into salesAchieve monthly sales targetsKnowledge of sales techniques / KPIUnderstanding the needs of the customers; provide an excellent service; offer personalization on some items, free deliveryCashier / POS transactionsCommunicate with customers to send promotional information; distribute vouchersStock management; inventory; replenishment; stock transferMerchandising; window animations; keep the boutique clean and tidy at all times, fully merchandisedHandling online orders; customer ordersCoordination with the office on daily basis, communicating various requests, issues if any.
