Accountant.Key Responsibilities:.- Verify, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivables.- Daily recording of financial transactions for diverse clients.- Generate precise accounting reports and present them to clients.- Handle day-to-day finance and accounting operations for multiple clients.- Foster and nurture customer relationships.- Analyze expenditures, revenue, and budget variances, providing insightful reports.- Ensure timely monthly consolidated financial statements and management reports.- Perform month-end accounting activities, including reconciliation and closing entries.- Conduct internal audits, ensuring compliance with procedures, policies, and regulations.- Identify process improvements and advise on necessary changes.- Calculate and submit VAT returns promptly.- Perform bank reconciliations for multiple banks.- Monthly preparation of Profit and Loss statements.- Efficiently manage project deadlines..Requirements:.- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent.- Certifications or partial certification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA, MBA finance) is a plus.- Minimum 1 year of work experience in accounting.- Proficiency in MS Office.- Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks and ZOHO Books, is advantageous.- Candidate must be based in the UAE.- Immediate availability is preferred..Benefits:.- Gratuity as per UAE Law.- 6 working days per week with Sundays off.- 1-month annual leave as per UAE Law.- Visa sponsorship.- Office work-specific mobile SIM (data and calls).- Medical insurance.- Location: SAIF ZONE, Sharjah, with client visits and meetings as needed..Job Type:.
