Responsibilities:

Manage purchase ledger activities for ITME (Microsoft GP) and ITSB (Pro Alpha).
Handle purchase invoice posting and month-end purchase ledger revaluation and journals.
Raise purchase orders manually for non-stock purchases and manage supplier statement reconciliations.
Coordinate supplier payment runs, including bank transfers and cheque payments.
Manage prepayments and accruals.
Prepare monthly payroll and calculate overtime for yard staff.
Handle WPS payment uploads and monthly pay slip distribution.
Process staff expense claims and manage ad-hoc tasks like salary certificates and HR letters.
Maintain records for medical insurance census for staff and dependents.
Oversee online banking transactions for ITSB and ITME.
Reconcile bank statements and allocate customer receipts to the sales ledger.
Manage petty cash and reconcile monthly.
Ensure accuracy of the sales ledger and collaborate with the credit controller.
Assist in setting up banking transactions online and download bank transactions for review.
Provide documentation to auditors as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position.
Accountancy qualification with a strong educational background.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Valid UAE driving license and own transport.
Professional skepticism and attention to detail in identifying mistakes or fraud.
Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, data sorting/filtering/download).
High integrity, strong ethics, and ability to manage confidential information.
